WikiLeaks to publish 'sensitive' Israel cables: TV

DUBAI: WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has pronounced his whistleblowing website skeleton to tell hundreds of "sensitive" US tactful cables upon Israel, Al-Jazeera radio reported upon Thursday.
